Went to fill up my refillable perfume bottle. There was a wait, which was fine, but I was originally annoyed by the fact that I was not greeted at all. As I waited, my wait was not acknowledged. The woman working the counter was being short with the customer that came before me as well. When the customer before me was experiencing some issues with her bottle, the store representative turned to me and said "What do you want?". Excuse me? As a customer of the store, about to spend a pretty penny on perfume, I will never accept being spoken to this way.
I wish I would have caught the sales woman name. She was middle aged, glasses, appeared to be of middle eastern descent. It was rude behavior and I think that if she wants to make sales and wants to represent Dillards, she should work on her customer service skills.
