  • Would never recommend to anyone. I walked into the shop and planned to get tattooed by James. After getting quoted what my tattoo and my friends would cost, he asked if I wanted to put a deposit down so it would hold the time slot. My friend and I ask if for any reason we have to cancel, would we be able to get our deposit back. He said as long as it's before 24 hours. Kay perfect. Now fast forward to today where my appointment is still 48+ hours away. I say hey I will not be able to make my appointment as something has come up.( I got called into work the day of my appointment) He said sorry but deposits are not refundable. I keep assuring him that I would never have put the deposit down if it wasn't going to be refunded back to me as my work schedule is constantly changing. He still refuses to give me my money back. He can keep his lousy deposit. I will never be going back or refer anyone to him.
