  • Excellent guest service. A clean room. Great view of some city lights(our room faced St Clair). We even got to see some fireworks from our room! I'd say the only drawback would be a sticky bathroom floor (I shudder to even think of why) and a soft mattress. Otherwise a great stay as we blew through Cleveland for the night.
