  • Ok, actually sad to make this such a negative review, but while i was sitting in the dealership processing for two possible vehicles all was good. Mark Banks was my sales guy, very nice and personable. Hey we have a deal for you just need to work out the fine points..... so i had to get back to work so Mark said he would get back with me. Sorry to say he never did. i was fully prepared to get a vehicle but sad to say no customer follow up.All that wasted time and energy. While in the dealership i did look at the reviews, the biggest complaint was there was no follow up. This was monday. Wednesday still no response even though i did text him tuesday hoping for him to call me. Again nothing. So i Drove to Mesa, EZ motors on Broadway and Alma school. Got a great deal on a Truck, no hassle. in and out painless. Sorry Priced Right im not sure why you are in business but to be blunt you're a joke. Total time waster.
