  • We used Patti Wells to sell our home and to buy our dream home. She did both in record time! With buying a home, she was very responsive each time we asked to go look at listings. We went back and forth for a couple YEARS and she was willing to take us out every time! She is an expert in the area and provided us with good insight each time we went to tour. When we finally found our dream home, she made sure we toured it before anyone else. She really shined in dealings with the seller. We nearly gave up on our dream home but she used her keen negotiation skills to make sure we got our home.
