  • Lived here in 2014. Worse management ever. Never fixed anything until you are face to face yelling and screaming at the manager. Had to do this 6 times! Three major floods from a 12 yr old washing machine they refused to REPLACE. The Ac went out several times and never was fixed properly. Refused to replace carpet after flooding and took them days to respond to emergencies. Trash everywhere in complex. Management staff changed 4 times in the 14 months I've lived here. Constant issues with kids out side all hours of the night. Graffiti. And a hit and run in the middle of the night to my brand new SUV! Talk about living in hell. Not worth $1300+ a month. I've lived in worse areas paying half as much and had a better experience. Stay far far far away!
