While I love the doctors and techs at Banfield the overall organization has bad business practices. Trying to cancel the wellness plans on my Dogs and cats has been a nightmare. They give me the run around on the phone. Just when I think I have it paid off I get another collection notice for unpaid fees. They also don't tell you that the wellness plans auto renew every year. They didn't used to and then suddenly the policy changed. They insist that it was in the fine print on the contract we signed. Very sad that the personnel at the actual office is going to suffer for Banfield's poor business model. They just lost my business.
