  • The women that was in charge of everyone there the night I was there was so rude it's unbelievable. Went in on New years eve and lobby wasn't that busy and drive thru was fairly moderate. I usually get the same thing all the time at Starbucks and when she asked me what I wanted I started to say my normal order. Then I corrected myself 2 words in remembering I was going to do something a little different, a holiday drink. She actually rolled her eyes and made a deep sigh because she was annoyed. Then she didn't even ask what else we'd like she just stood there and stared at us looking really angry after we had to "inconvenience" her. Just because I'm younger than you doesn't mean I don't deserve respect too. Right in front of her I told my friend who I was with who was also visibly uncomfortable by her I said "Geez, I don't even want to even order here anymore." she didn't say anything. Then knowing we'd probably annoy her all together if we just cancelled our order, we just sucked it up and got our drinks. The poor barista's there seems so tense because of her. Once we sat down she had to answer a call about their hours and she had the nerve to complain to a cop after taking his order about how annoying it was having people continuously calling in asking for the hours and that it was too busy????
