Came in and waited 5 minutes at the cricket kiosk, making eye contact with employees as they walked by and ignored me. When someone finally came over to help, it took her almost 3 minutes just to catch 2 dozen crickets (you just scoop them into a tube...). I was given the bag tied in the middle, about 1/4 full of air, and full of dead crickets and pin sized ones. At this point the employee had already walked away, so I asked the checkout employee if I could get some more crickets (because the pin-sized ones were literally less than 1/2 the size of a regular small cricket). The girl came back and gave me about 3 extra, and couldn't even get air into the bag. I had to put my mouth on it and blow into it, and tie it right in front of her. Bottom line, choosing PetSmart over PetWorld (on the Beltline) was my first mistake; the crickets are overpriced and the service seems to get worse every time.
