I purchased a pre-owned car and basically was told something in a way that made it sound like the car didn't have a problem. The antenna didn't go down the whole way but instead of them telling me it was broken, they told me it doesn't go down. I thought that meant there wasn't an issue until the radio didn't come in clear and I asked them about it again and they told me it was broken. They would fix it but I needed to pay for the repair. In addition, while they told me everything in the car was serviced, after I had already picked it up, I noticed that the tires weren't aligned and the wheels shimmied. I brought it back and they basically told me they are doing me a favor to fix it and won't charge me. Lastly, my airbag light is on for the passenger seat. How can they call themselves an ethical dealership when they sell goods they don't make sure are in tip top shape before the customer leaves the showroom with the car.
