  • I had been for the last three days back-and-forth to Home Depot with all kinds of ideas as to how to unclog my shower and toilet. I've been a lot of money, and nothing worked. So I was ready to snake the drain and I needed the cleanout plug removed which he felt was not able to assist me with for 2 1/2 days. This Guy knew his business call me right away to drill small holes down the center of the plug and it would come right out. Problem solved, and I only cost one trip and five dollars.
