  • I had taken my 2013 Honda Accord to the dealership a month or so back for a recall. They performed an inspection and told me that they said I need new brake pads on all 4, along with a variety of other repairs. The quote was for around $1,100. After reading reviews on 25th Street Automotive I figured I would give them a ring for a second opinion. I took my car in, and Bill told me that my brakes still had plenty of life left and that brake pad/rotor maintenance wasn't necessary. He included a complimentary full car inspection and RECOMMENDED several things (filter change, brake fluid, etc.), none of which were pressing. I was given an objective, honest opinion which I have found is hard to come across when dealing with auto shops/dealerships. Gave me a call to ask before they did anything and scheduled a time to pick me up from work when the car was completed. The way an auto shop should be. 5 star service, highly recommend.
