  • MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ: Diana at the Cash Register (an older woman) at about noon on Friday 2/09, gave me the WORST, RUDEST service I have ever received in my life. A bitter, stuffy woman she is; not a hello, how are you, nothing. I asked her a question about an item and she gave me only a steely eyed look as if I was bothering her. I then asked her about the price of a pair of shorts for I forgot (they were in her possession) and you would have thought I asked her the worst question in the world. She just glared me down again.!!! DIANA NEEDS TO REALIZE KOHL'S IS NOT HIGH END NEIMAN MARCUS.! WE ARE REAL PEOPLE WHO PATRONIZE THIS SHOP!!!!! While leaving I encountered two other women who were doing nothing but HEAVILY COMPLAINING ABOUT THE RUDE SERVICE AS WELL. Shame on this place!!!!!!!!!! Diana needs a big reality check.
