We did the weekend champagne brunch. Highlight was the crepe station (both savory and sweet crepes). Other notable dishes were prime rib, crab, and truffle mac and cheese. The buffet's dining room has seen better days (it's a tad bit too dark but still has those cool Parisian details). The staff were very nice, but the food was nothing to write home about. This buffet is def not in the same tier as the upper echelon of Vegas buffets. It's about the same price as the upper tier buffets, but gives you mid tier quality. For example, there's no ice cream/gelato at the dessert station. Most of the upper end buffets also have live cooking stations so food is fresher. Paris had the usual cooked food under heat lamps. For the price, I would recommend going to Bellagio, Aria, Cosmo, or spending a little bit more and going to Caesars or Wynn.
