  • First of all "Buyer beware" if you are in the market to buy a new car please please go somewhere else! I cant believe that the brown family would hire or even allow salespeople like tim russell and manager joe hines to work there! Here is my horror story with this dealership! I currently have stomach cancer and lymodema so i have difficulites in getting in and out if cars..a friend recommended henry brown after i had an engine problem in feb 2015. We dealt yhrough text messages with rob a sakes manager and afrer 4 days my boyfriend went to henry brown to look at cars! He decided on his dream car the crysler 2013 town and country! The sales rep tim russell who im sorry is treated like a car porter there tried to get a csr from casa grande and it didnt work! Well rob went to an auction and bought a car with the back end damaged and failed to disclose that information! Then the story gets better! I had to go to the dealership and spend 3 hours waiting to sign paperwork before i saw the car! Wow isnt that great custoner service! I even got ill in their bathroom and they could care less. So if have any illness or disabilities please make sure that yoy dont go there! Well we finally got the car to discover that an extended warranty was placed on this vehicle without permission and the deal was not signed by the fiance guy nick ( who by the way needs to take a class on customer service) or just get layed. This poor guy needs help now! So if you are a single desperate female go to henry brown gmc! Well we still have the dent in the back of the town and country and talking to these people are insane! I have filed a better business compliant so again if you have 4 hours of free time and want to be lied too ripped off go to henry brown and visit these fine people . In closing buyer beware!
