  • Overall it's fine. I use them quite a bit. Just never seems to go smoothly. The labor is much cheaper than going to a dealer but parts are still marked up quite a bit. They've dented my hood on two separate occasions and even had to repaint it once. Another occasion I was called and told my car was ready. When I arrived two hours later my car was still on the lift and wasn't even cleaned up. Never had an issue with the actual work done on my car. Just always seems to be a head ache.
