  • NEVER AGAIN! Stay away from this one! We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. Although the pool was nice, the rooms are extremely old and in desperate need of repair. The room was not as advertised, we received a basic room when we were charged for a pool view room with a separate living area. Also, the room was not as clean as we would have expected. The hotel would not accept my major credit card, so I had to leave a deposit of $100 on my debit card. First off, we were never notified that we would need to leave a $100 deposit on a credit card at all (we frequently stay at hotels, and none have ever had this policy). I was promised that I would receive my deposit back within 10 business days, however we are fast approaching 14 business days with no sign of the deposit. I have called and was told that the deposit is processing. I certainly hope so, or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau! I am extremely disappointed in the entire situation as we chose to have a family vacation at this resort with my husband who is only home to see myself and our daughter every two months!
