I'm a sales manager in a corporation and managers today just don't understand what it takes to make the customer happy, they take it personal as if they own the company or the store and never realize that they don't. Couldnt switch out boneless wings for traditional wings and literally argued with me over something simple he could have just told his staff to do because they got it wrong!!! and it would have made me happy but now you lost a loyal customer and I will never order Pizza Hut at any company events because there is probably more slaps just like you that work there.
