  • I know my review won't mean much but I wanted to let ppl know my experience. I had been going to this jeweler for a few years to replace a prong tip here or there. Everything had been fine, although there were some long waits on repairs like a week or 2, but this last time I went in for a repair on a prong tip, they apparently re-tipped 2 prongs I didn't even ask them to do & the scratchy prong that was snagging was left the same. I explained repeatedly the issue & they said they'd fix it. The prong tip is smaller than ever & still snags my hair & clothes. Not to mention they charged me over double what I had ever paid. I called & told them but they literally couldn't have cared less. I've found another jeweler who told me that my ring does NOT need a new setting & that it's fine, which is the contrary to what they told me at treasures several times. $50 flushed down the toilet.
