  • (Friday 12/29/2017 at 6:20pm) As someone who works in the service industry, I am always aware of how much more successful you can be when you smile! Well, P.F. Chang's failed horribly as soon as we walked in the door. The hostess (female, blonde hair, white sweater) DID NOT SMILE. She didn't even say "Hello, welcome to PF Chang's!" If I did not have a gift card for the dinner, we would have turned around and left. Our server "Burooj" was very pleasant, always smiled and was very accommodating. She saved our dining experience. The cocktails were fine, and the meal was adequate. I'll have to give it some serious thought as to whether we go to P.F. Chang's again.
