I've only been to Quality a couple of times, but I've decided this may become my go-to bar. From the outside, the bar doesn't seem very welcoming... it has a very unobtrusive sign and big industrial-looking doors that make it seem more like a factory than a bar. But, once inside, you head into a place that's better than expected.
Although it's definitely a classy bar, it still has that come-as-you-are vibe. I like that it has a pretty diverse clientele-- the two times I've been there's been a nice mix of students, young professionals and older people. I honestly believe you can take anyone to Quality and they'll fit in.
As other people have mentioned, they have an awesome beer selection... I haven't had any mixed drinks there but it looked like they could do that pretty well too.
I think the bar is still "finding itself" in a lot of ways so I'm interested to see how it changes in the next couple of months as a regular crowd starts to settle in.
But for now I'm a big fan of Quality and think it's worth a visit... especially for a change of scene from other bars in town.
