  • The best thing about this airport is the free wi-fi. But that is about it. The fod choices are bad and getting from one terminal to the next is not fun. Going through security is a horrid mess. And the final straw is that every employee I dealt with either needed a stiff drink or a stiff enema. I mean come on, where is the customer service?? You don't have to smile at me, but there is no need to bite my head off when I ask where baggage claim is since my flight crew failed to say what terminal it was located in. Flying is uncomfortable enough as it is without airport staff being jerks. If you're having a bad day, call in sick or get another job in a prison.
