  • Last Saturday we called MasterCraft to schedule a service call. We were greeted with Danielle to replace a broken garage door spring. She was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Prior to and after the repair she performed an inspection of our garage door and found some cracks. She explained how the cracks are affecting the garage door when it is opened and closed and suggested that it be replaced. We had her provide a quote that listed all parts and their warranty. All in all we are very pleased and thankful for the service Danielle provided. With that said we definitely recommend and will be using MasterCraft Garage Door Service in the future.
