  • ZERO STARS. If you're looking for truly APPALLING experience or a reason to be sad at the state of humanity, look no further than the bitter and caustic store owner of ecostems, Joe. I have never had such mean and snarky service in my life. I went in to ask what size pot I should buy for a stalk that I'd recently brought back from Brazil... I'd never potted anything before, so was hoping to get some materials and guidance. As his employee begins answering my questions, he interrupts and says, "We have a terrarium workshop this Sunday, so you can PAY to learn how to do this. Otherwise, it's up to you to go on Google or you can BUY one of our plants and then, we'll show you." Uhh... I don't want to make a terrarium, I just want to plant the stalk that I have. So, I said, "I just wanted to ask how, so I can at least know what materials to buy..." Joe: "Well, didn't he just say? Did I not just hear him tell you what to buy?" Daggers in his eyes the whole time (think American Psycho). I was so shocked by how terrifyingly rude he was, I ran out of the store and drove straight to Crown Flora.
