Yikes... wow where do I begin? We've been arguing with these people for the last 45 minutes, the "manager" has just been super condescending and unhelpful, and they haven't bothered to actually give us a straight answer. They told us our bill was paid apparently just to tack on late fees for the "paid" amount. I just want to switch providers so badly and it sucks hard that we don't have any other options than this garbage, scammy company. And on top of that, I'm being forced to talk to super rude customer service workers who are too crooked to admit their mistakes.
