I called the dealership here because it was convenient to where I was going to be for a week. We travel in our 5th wheel and had a minor problem with our 2015 F450. When I called for service I extensively described the issue and also asked for oil/filter change. When I arrived my truck was checked in and I was told it might be the next day for (I thought) completion of service. I checked back in at noon and was told my truck had not been seen yet as the mechanic was finishing up work already in bay (reasonable). I was contacted at 4:30 and told it might be a day or two (or three) before it would even be evaluated. It seems like they take vehicles in and put them in a queue. At that time mine was 7th in line. I talked with a different individual who explained in concise detail the process. I asked if the oil change had been completed and was told that it hadn't because (according to the Service Advisor) I might decide to trade it in or put it on Craiglist if the $$ repair was too much (we are talking about a 2015 F450 Platinum @$75K MSRP). Yeah right!!!
Service "Advisors" are now clerks who don't know squat about maintenance or anything resembling service.
When I requested someone come pick me up so I could retrieve my vehicle I was told that they only provide one way (away from the dealership) transportation. I asked for a supervisor/manager and was told they would tell me the same. I finally got to speak with Greg (not sure of his position) but he said call back in an hour if I couldn't get a ride and he would figure something out (I had attempted Uber and cab - we were staying at Nellis). Finally got a cab to come pick me up, but at least Greg did make the offer. And when I arrived he spent some time with me assuaging my annoyance. He had checked with the mechanic and gone over my issue with my truck and it was decided it was probably minor. I've made an appointment down the line in Kingman to have it looked at.
