  • I've been going to this World Health location since last fall and I really enjoy it! I love the variety of group classes that are offered and their times are very convenient with my work schedule. There is a MASSIVE cardio area with very new equipment as of recently. My favourite feature is the Ladies Only area. I love how quiet it is and provides the same equipment that can be found in the regular areas of the gym, mind you the cardio and circuit equipment in there are a little more dated. The staff are super friendly and are always there to answer my questions. The cons would have to be how crowded it can get during peak hours and the difficulty to find parking that goes along with it. Lots of vehicles can be found parked on the hill beside the main parking lot. As well, they charge an extra $20 a month due to the towel service and possibly the pool upkeep, which is unfortunate as I rarely use either. However I prefer it over the other locations regardless so I am willing to pay that little extra!
