A "Markham" version of the Fish Market chain of restaurants out of California.
Menu built very similarly, decor and ambience not as nice though. Food was okay- good price for raw oysters, tasty bacon-wrapped scallops, draught Guinness quite pricey.
Barmistress was on top of things- she more-or-less looked after the bar and the whole area surrounding singlehandedly, also dealing with the weird regular bar patrons. Probably about 20-30 people, some at the bar, some in booths. Never missed a beat. Kudos to her.
