We have a 2016 Range Rover with 12k miles. We were out of town for 6 weeks and when we returned our battery was dead. Called the service department 5 times with no one answering the phone call. Left messages each time. It is now 2 days and still no one has returned my call.
Although the battery was under warranty we ended up having to go else where to get it replaced at our cost since this is our only car here in Las Vegas.
We are so disappointed in this dealership. If we had know service was so bad we would have gone with a different brand of car. I could not recommend Land Rover Las Vegas to anyone.
