  • I definately have buyers remorse from purchasing my car from this dealer. They did give us what we wanted for the trade-in however that is how they deceive you, making you think you have a good deal. Definately get financing before hand if you plan on going to the dealer. The salesman Joe H was easy going and not pressuring at all, however after 4 hours of being there (late) my eyes started to glaze over and that is when they decide to share the details of your loan. I have excellent credit and yet they tried to tell us we were not approved for a better rate. It was a bunch of bull. And oh yes they gladly processed the loan after a week, however they have yet to pay off my trade in (friday was the 10 day mark which is what the quote is good for). I sent them an email asking about it and the response was they will overnight the check. Why the Hell did they wait for me to ask, it should have been done already. Nice people to your face, but they are ultimately out to screw you. If I could go back and do it again I would go somewhere else. Too bad there is no return policy or grace period for vechile loans. I asked if they had a grace period and they looked at me like I was speaking another language. I would have brought the car back the next morning (althought I love it to death) and gone somewhere else just on principle.
