I have an iPhone 6s Plus that will only charge SOMETIMES. It is hit or miss. I've been in two days in a row and all they can do is clean out my charging port. This does not seem right. Especially when i contacted apple care and they told me that I need to have my port repaired or replaced. At my second Genius Bar appointment, the lady who was helping me, older with red hair, obviously new. She told me there is nothing they could do because my phone was charging at that moment. Even though I shared that it charges in and out. And after explaining that, she got attitude with me and started talking very loudly stating there's nothing apple can do and that my phone works perfectly fine. Now that I am back home, my phone will not charge again. I know it isn't the cables because I've tried them on other people's phones. This is unacceptable service and I am VERY disappointed. There needs to be a solution to my issue.
