rev:text	Called Pristine House Cleaning for basic cleaning for a new 1,000 sq foot apartment. The place is well kept, it's only me and my boyfriend in a two bedroom. There was not much to be done but basic stuff. The company charged us $140 for the initial cleaning, afterwards I realized most companies only charge about $80 and give a discount off initial visit. They showed up with 3 gal's and showed up 40 MINS. LATE after there window time frame and then went an hour past the scheduled time. A few days later we realized there was a huge burn in our rug, as if they had left their vacuum on and walked away from it. We called the manager and he said he would reimburse us for our carpet and that the cleaners would bring the check during our next scheduled cleaning. THE CLEANERS NO SHOWED during our next schedule, again having to call the company and ask what happened now. Ok, so then they scheduled us for a few days later for 5pm but actually showed up at 10am when no one was home to let them in. We called again to find out they had another "administrative error." Fast forward to our second cleaning, after the maids are gone we noticed they didn't even bother to clean the top of our kitchen table. The table was so clean they must have assumed they already cleaned it? They were also suppose to bring the check to replace our area rug, and they did not, in fact the maids had no idea what we were talking about when they showed up.... Great! Finally, I called the company to cancel our service and just get our check. I have called 3 other places from Yelp and found their services $25 cheaper per cleaning! Our new cleaners show up when they said they were going to show up, finished when they said they would and we hand no DAMAGE to our belongings or any obviously missed areas, which we had with PRISTINE CLEANING. I did not want to write a negative review but when I called Pristine to tell them our overall experience had been less then acceptable on many different occasions the manager was not apologetic in any way and basically gave me the high one. We are reasonable people who paid good money for horrible service. I strongly suggest going anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
