  • We walk in to take a look at some suits and ties. The girl working the counter just looks at us and doesn't say a single word as we walked through the store. Then the other male employee walked right past us as if we didn't exist. I hate bad customer service. I've worked in the service industry my whole life and bad customer service is just unacceptable. Every business is dependent on their customers. So it's vital to treat every customer you get as gold. It's just a rule. Well, someone in corporate needs to go to this store and retrain the staff on service. Their attitudes are enough to keep me from ever stepping foot in their doors again. I don't care what amazing deal they have, I'm not going to reward bad service. Besides as expensive as this place is you'd expect better service. Might as well go to Hugo Boss if you're going to spend that kind of money and probably get better service. Bad service, expensive clothes? That's a no go.
