  • Discourteous, rude people working there. They definitely treat you as if they are doing you a huge favor. Took months to get repairs done. They work for the property owners, not for the tenants. They don't give a crap about tenants. Any interaction or request for them go fix something seems to frustrate them. They want your money, but don't want to do their job.
