  • My Daughter & I stayed 3 nights- Friday November 25 to Monday November 28. First impression was nice size room! Got in the shower to see hairs on the wall -was the first disappointment! Sat in the chair at the desk - noticed dried up nuts stuck to the arm rest! Next day put a sign on the door that clearly said - come back later - we left the room for the day about 11:00AM , took the sign away & no cleaning service was done! We did call and towels were brought to us promptly! Next Day - didn't put sign up - we went out for the day! The bed was made - towels changed - however the cups from coffee we made were never replaced - just left on the desk - also I would have liked clean glasses that we also used! One more thing -- as we were sitting at the counter eating breakfast - one of your front desk clerks spit in the sink behind the bar - not once but 3 times!! You need to have a serious talk with all your Help!! I travel often & your Hotel needs to be inspected! The Bar looks like it never gets wiped down!! I will never return ! Adeline Krug
