  • The service at this location is so sad, it's heart-breaking and blood-boiling at the same time. RUN! Don't stop in. They will go out of their way for a sale, but after that you will be sad that you purchased from them (especially for anything wedding/engagement related). If this purchase or the piece of jewelry means anything to you, RUN. They don't care. They are defensive, heartless and incapable of truly earning business. Best of luck to you in finding another jeweler to purchase that special gift! When I find a new jeweler, I will be back to to share and recommend here. For the record, I have visited their location 8 times. Two of them were for purchases, the rest for for repairs. Repairs/service issues include but are not limited to: 1.) not advising that my pearls needed to be removed from my ring in order to clean, but proceeding with the cleaning 2.) putting one of my stones on upside down (with the hole showing on the side), 3.) stone falling off during normal activity - two separate times (pearls weren't secure in the ring setting), 4.) lack of care in pearl matching (an impossible task according to the staff here, yet they were able to do so when I purchased the ring from them).
