  • Weird experience: let me preface by saying I like hunger games, but I'm no Fan with a capital f. We bought tix online and waited in line to enter the theater on day 2. They had sufficient security for a movie theater on a Friday night (kids, ya know), the employees were efficient, the floors were clean, bathrooms were clean also, good temp which can be rare.... it was a packed theater and everything was awesome until the last ten minutes of the movie. The sound cut out and they kept playing the visual. People were freaking out and closing their eyes and yelling to shut the screen off. My husband and I hurried to the customer service desk because we knew there was going to be a flood of angry people. Management was apologetic, gave us our money back, and two free tickets for a future show. They handled the sitch the best that they could. I'm sure they really got it handed to them by the die hard fans though. We've been there before and since with no problems, though. I was happy with how it was handled.
