  • I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews for Roundpoint on here. I refinanced with them last year and had a great experience - almost all of the paperwork was completed online and I was able to close during my lunch hour in a nearby coffee shop. The cost was very low - I broke even 4 months after the refi and plan to use them next time I buy. I also like that they service their own loans - I've interacted with their servicing reps a couple of times and they've all been very nice and helpful.
