| - What a joke of a company! My rental property's Hot water heater leaked and per the recommendation of my plumber, Merit Plumbing (I put them into the review because I noticed other reviewers said the plumber referred Adams as well and I'd like to clarify who the plumber was for me).
I hired Adams disaster restoration. If I could go back, I would've taken the advice of my insurance agent and selected from vetted and approved companies.
Because I have tenants I had a huge sense of urgency and I didn't think I had time to go on BBB or yelp and vet out companies.
The area treated was extremely small, some damage to the drywall and cabinets. For sake of sanity and time, I will simply put it took them six weeks to finish labor, a lot of babysitting on my part, horrible customer service, and poor workmanship.
In the six weeks; one week was lost due to their ridiculously unprofessional project manager, George because he was out of town. They hired rude and incompetent third-party companies which mind you twice showed up three hours late.
Took 3 months to close out the claim, because Adams kept calling me instead of communicating with my agent for proper funds. If I had not created conference call for Adams, agent, and myself I would've been charged over $1500 that I shouldn't of been.
