I have been using this office for vision needs for years, but I have to confess that I had stalled on my appointment because I had many memories of sitting in the wait room with old magazines. That was five+ years ago.
I was VERY impressed with the changes they've made. I was there for two hours for in depth exam, picking out glasses, fitting, etc, and was able to see how they operate today. Every person who arrived was taken back to start their exams within a few minutes. I only had to wait a couple minutes here and there for the next person in the process to greet me or offer help. I also heard the main desk making calls to all the next day's appointments to offer reminders. I'm sure this attention to detail helps keep the patient flow very smooth.
I will certainly not delay my next visit for five years, now that I know I can be in and out on my schedule!
