  • My air conditioning unit was not cooling my house as I thought it should. I reached out to two different air-conditioning company's and Croffoot responded immediately. The other company asked if they could call back and as of today, 24 hours later, I still have not received a call. Andy and Susie were professional and quick to respond and most importantly, affordable. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me any services that I did not need. They were very honest and provided excellent service. I will definitely use them again if I am in need of this type of service.
