  • I really wanted to love this place, because I LOVE a good piece of pie. I likely won't be returning. Why?? Well, first off $4.50 is a lot for a slice. It better be delicious for that price. And....it wasn't. It was just regular pie, nothing special. I had the coconut cream, which did not have enough coconut filling. It was greatly overpowered by the whipped meringue. I also had the Derby pie and while the crust was good, the filling was nothing to write home about. The coconut slice was puny for $4.50 too. Not too impressed...
