I love this place and often stop by for the Tuesday upgrade special. Today I called in for pickup as I usually do and my order was confirmed over the phone. I get the same thing every time and they usually just use order history to confirm. When I went to pick up my order I noticed it was much smaller than normal after paying. The super nice guy at the register apologized and asked the guy making food in a hat and with glasses how long it would take to remake it correctly. He obviously heard him but completely ignored him. He asked again 2-3 more times and nothing. Finally the guy in hat and glasses (Jeremy maybe) grabbed the ticket out of the other guy's hand and just started making the pizza over again. I tried to interject and say I didn't have time to wait I just wanted the difference or a cookie or something. The guy at the register was again super nice and I apologized to him for having to deal with the other a-hole in the back. Not only did this guy mess up the order but was as rude as he could have been right in front of anyone viewing. He should be terminated and never be allowed to treat people that way or represent your establishment again
