  • Needed a piece of glass cut for a very large picture. Called around and JBL quoted the best price. The existing glass was broken and falling out of the frame, so we took the whole thing into JBL on a piece of cardboard. Juan gave me a price over the phone and while I was a little off on my sizing, everyone was wonderful and honored the original quote, took the frame apart, put in the new piece of glass and three days later had our wonderful art piece back. It was a little ways for us to drive from Summerlin, but worth the effort. Will definitely use again.
