  • What an amazing company with which to work! When we first moved into our home in Carefree, about a year ago, my husband installed a NEST thermostat. It seemed to be working until it was time to use the furnace and we couldn't get any hot air. Based on Yelp reviews, my husband decided to call Larson and they were extremely responsive. After looking at our NEST system, they diagnosed that it had been installed it incorrectly. They immediately fixed the problem and charged us next to nothing. Therefore, when our AC unit stopped working in September they were the first company we called. We weren't disappointed. The were extremely professional, called prior to their arrival, and arrived at the scheduled time. The technician they sent, Victor, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He recommended the best AC unit for our needs and also suggested we change the venting system to increase the efficiency of our unit. Recently Larson called to let us know we were eligible for a free AC check-up. We were delighted that Victor was once again our technician. He checked our unit to make sure it was running the way it should and let us know that Larson will conduct another free check-up in 6 months. Talk about excellent customer service!
