  • Dressler's has now completed my quest to try all the foods in Birkdale! And I have to say, I'm very surprised! Whenever we passed by Dressler's, it never really sparked my interest. But we went since we had some family in town, and we wanted to go to a nice place. The service was great - Allison was absolutely amazing. She talked with us for almost 10 minutes towards the end of our visit and she is just so sweet! The food was delicious. I have to agree with a lot of Yelpers here, it is quite pricey. But the quality is there. We all tried something different; specials, salads, pasta, dessert, drinks. We really went crazy and it was awesome. If you're feeling spendy and/or fancy, come to Dressler's at Birkdale, and ask for Allison.
