  • The bed is OK, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Let me be clear, these people do not deserve your hard earned money. I am still waiting on a refund of a measly $36 after 6 weeks. I contact their customer support every single weekend and I'm told that "Only Mario is capable of giving you a refund and he's currently busy or not here". I kid you not, dealing with these people is an absolute shit show.
