It was my day off. A breezy 70 degree day and I had a taste for an Italian sandwhich. I've heard this place has killer lunch specials and to my surprise it had killer customer service too. For a quick lunch eat quickly became one of the best treated dining experiences.
Mellisa was my waitress. A smiling blue eyed warm person whom made me feel like I was back in my grandfathers italian kitchen chatting with an old friend.
She recommended the chicken parm and I added a cheese slice, I'm from Chicago so I am always curious about a restaurants pizza. The chicken parm was huge. 10 inch bread stuffed with chicken sauce and cheese. I took half of it home. The slice was good a cross between New York style and artisan pizza. A great butter crust.
I also had a lemonade which was perfect for our door seating and the patio.
Check em out for lunch. You won't be disappointed in the quality for the price.
