KEEP TRACK OF YOUR RECEIPT. This was a very expensive lesson for me at this business. I paid in cash and I was the only one to pay for the tux in full in my group when getting fitted. Unfortunately lost my receipt in the month-and-a-half between the event and the fitting. The employee only entered in that I gave them the deposit and not the full amount. I had to pay twice in full for my $200 tux rental because they have no way of getting into Old payments and printing receipts. The best part? My tux needed some adjustments this time and they refused to give me the receipt for the payment I had just given them while my tux gets adjusted. So I had to walk out of there without a receipt after this whole ordeal. I made my concerns very clear to the staff and they did nothing to help me. Very poor business management and very poor customer service. Prices are high, just find an alternative. Trust me, they are out there and in much better quality. Talk to your loved ones and have them shop around and look at reviews before choosing a tux rental.
