rev:text	It's a waterpark. The ground is hella hot in the summer and it's ran by a lot of teenagers. Most dont know what's going on half the time. They need to put something on the ground around the water in the Kids area. To many kids fall and bust their heads. The food is awful but they don't allow you to bring in food. I really feel if they forbid outside food they really need to offer better food quality. Getting food is also a damn fiasco. They are slow, the food is cold, and the employees are not efficient when it comes to serving customers. The water is always cold, even in the middle of summer This is our third summer getting passes and I do it because my son loves playing here and the Kids area is very entertaining It also bothers me that we aren't allowed to bring our hydroflasks to carry cold water. I really feel that's BS it's the desert and their water is expensive and if we bring water in plastic bottles it gets warm fast and besides I hate using throw away water bottles. They have a place to fill up bottles but water is warm and taste really bad. They only have one station to get water at and they charge me $1 for ice and water So another issue again today with water. I'm actually going to contact their head quarters. I am sick of hearing that I need to drink their crap water. Or I can bring in water that is already factory sealed. Are these ppl crazy here?? The water gets hot quick. It's the damn desert. I get a few people here and there bring In alcohol but the majority who have kids want water. Real good tasting water. Stop forcing humans to drunk crap Water if they don't want to. It's rude. This will be the last season we buy passes here. We have gone to cowabunga without issue with water in our hydroflasks. Also, they allow their employees to come in with full water bottles. I've asked. They literally have hired some of the rudest humans and once I had an issue with an employees hitting my son with his pvc pipe stick and another one purposely hold him back having water sprayed in his face while he sat there and cried. I was furious and confronted both. Cathy needs to do a better job managing this establishment and less time worrying about humans drinking freaking water. Most ridiculous waterpark on this planet. Today we encountered Joyce at the cafe, she rang up our four orders individually. Which was annoying. At the wave pool, the female lifeguard was cursing. She had friends that were there in the wave pool And they were all cursing to each other and they were in the water dry humping. Very very inappropriate behavior. June 10, 2018 My son had to go poop and My husband and I "argued" who was taking him poop. My husband loss. When they entered the bathroom by the Kids area there was a wet n wild employee and another father and son. The father recommended that the Wet n wild employee to prop door open because it smelt funny in there. My son does his business my husband wipes his rear end exit the stall to Wash hands. While they were in the bathroom, security came in. You know the ones I had an issue with earlier in the day about my water. Well someone reported that someone was smoking Weed in there. My husband also had baby wipes with him. They walk in and ask jaxon if he's okay while they are washing their hands. They ask My husband what was in the baby wipe pack. My husband went back to his seat and tells me what just happened. I was really shocked. Would you believe those ass holes walk back to My husband loud and say "what were you smoking in the bathroom" My husband says "are you effing serious?" He was furious. I couldn't even make up this shit up today. It was a damn joke. I feel like a criminal fighting about bringing in water and then to be accused of being drug users. This place has lost it.
